Paulie Gee's hits it out of the park with the two pizza styles that they do: Detroit style and Woodfire pizza, both of which they do vegan. My favorite is their Detroit style pizza because the crust is so buttery you would not even know that it's vegan (my non-vegan parents could not tell, they even had to check with the server that it was vegan).
